Black granite slabs in the Memorial are engraved with the names of unborn children who have been entombed inside.* Requests for entombment may be made by submitting the form below. The suggested donation is $500; you can also make a donation to help provide this service to others.
*Due to Wisconsin state law, we cannot entomb the remains of a child past 20 weeks’ gestation.
Entombment
Laying the remains of the unborn child in the columbarium, accompanied by the rite of blessing by an ordained bishop, priest or deacon in good standing with the Catholic Church and an inscription on the black granite covering.
